Sudden cat aggression?

If he is neutered this could be it cats act differently after they get fixed my cat sure is doing the same thing but I have a trick whenever he gets rough or bites me and runs I get him back off guard and keep doing it until he gets mad this makes him stop he doesn't bite me and run anymore but he likes to play with my feet and run still annoying but he doesn't do it as rough as before try it
