Is it any wonder these heartless Mortgage Companies went bankrupt?

That's BULL ! those people jumped on the chance for "no money down" loans that they couldn't afford to pay back & chose not to read the fine print or consult lawyers ! IGNORANCE is no excuse for breaking the Law (their contracts) I saw it all before when the Banks "red lined" certain districts in the sixties & destroyed whole neighborhoods so they (& the realtors) could make a quick buck !! Ultimately, it's the BUYERS fault !
