How do i know if i have a bad distributor my car shakes real bad and won't p 3000rpms?

my car is a 99 honda prelude type sh i had just taken my car out the shop i had converted my obd2 ecu to obd1 i drove my car out the shop, for about 5 minutes my car idle was high about 2000rpm then my car just cut off on me i try to cranked back on and it did but it was shaking real bad like if i had a misfire, i could bearly moved out the street than it cut off again could't make it crank on again, i towed to my house and now i'm trying to find out what could be wrong with my car i had just replaced my distributor,timing belt,head gaskets,and spark plugs
