Could be 1 or more of depression / one of the Cluster B personality disorders (Histrionic, Narcissistic) / something else. Or could be none. The thing with personality traits is they're on a sliding scale and everyone is somewhere on each scale, and so diagnosing personality disorders isn't an exact science.
