it sounds like hes the kind of guy who doesn't know what he wants. you shouldnt have to make the move, if he really likes you, he will show it and make the moves. but you shouldn't have to wait for him to come around. if he wants you, he'll show it and tell you how he feels. right now it just sounds like he just thinks of you as a really good friend.
