Different down there after l birth?

i had my little girl six months ago and am still feeding. now aunt flo (period) has decided to make a visit. lol-i feel like a giant pad..pads, tampons and maxi pads...i want my body back! back to the question. does anyone else have issues with tampons feeling different or uncomfortable now after l birth? mine always feels like its not in place or not fitting right since i had my baby.
