Career change to the music industry?

with the job market the way it is now & for the forseeable future, you are best to stay where you are; companies expect employees to follow their rules, regulations, etc whether the employee "wants to" or not - they pay you not the other way 'round. I applaud you not wanting to cop out to the company, but you may have to be a bit of an actor sometimes; just be thankful to be employed and when you leave work, you can rejoice in being "you" again
