How would a Stay-At-Mom be able to get a Divorce?

My wife says she doesn't love me anymore and doesn't want to be married to me. We have 3 children all ranging in age,the youngest being 5 mths old.She willingly resigned from her job in Sept and I am wondering how she is going to Divorce me. She's not working, doesn't have any income coming in.Would she be able to leave me? Or do I have her hostage in my Awesome Dictatorship?
