That's pretty cute. If you really want to impress, wear a high-waisted black skirt with a lace tee or a floral tank. Tuck the shirt in. High-waisted skirts are everywhere right now, so not only is it dressy, it's stylish! I hate it when I have to dress up for things and have strict requirements, cuz its so difficult to be cute. (:
