We didn't sign a lease or anything, the mold smell is coming from the downstairs-there are mushrooms growing in the carpet b/c water was not cleaned up properly..Is there a test we can get for black mold? I took pictures and we are moving out but the smell is overpowering our house and we are afraid we will get sick. We also haven't paid our rent this month because he hasn't kept his word about hot water/propane and maintenance we did to come off our rent...
