What do you think of my idea for a research project (please read description)?

Last school year I had to do a research project and I chose Creationism. I was strongly against the belief of a talking snake and a naked lady in a garden, and my teacher was strongly for it. Even though I ripped Creationism a new one, (we had to present it as well, and I used each and every slide to make fun of it) I was the only one in my cl to get a 100. My teacher told me even though he didn't agree with me, and looked for things to take off credit for, he couldn't find anything, because I was just that good. While I was working on that project I saw Bill Maher's Religulous. My teacher told my cl that next year we have to do an even bigger research paper because as the year's get harder, so do the research papers. I want to do what Bill Maher did in Religulous. I want to do the project on religion in generaI. I obviously can't travel the world, but I can certainly go to churches and interview priests and ministers. I live in the south, and there are many churches. I think it would be a lot of fun. What do you think?
