Should I report this woman into the authorities?

Hi all! There's this woman that I kinda know who doesn't take good care of herself or her kids. She's about 26 years old, is obese, has five kids from 5 different men (no typo), collects welfare, is on Section 8 housing, seems to have a new boyfriend every month, and she always says she can't work because she's "disabled." BS. Lazy, irresponsible people like that disgust me. Should I report this woman into the authorities? What would they do anyway? She's giving her kids a very low quality of life and she obviously can't even take care of herself. Any advice? Thanks!
